POSITION

 

We seek a proven sales professional to join our sales efforts to grow our business in the Birmingham, Alabama market. Qualified candidates will have experience in successfully building a contractor dealer network and increasing the overall share of market in a territory. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 

  • A highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Someone who thrives on opportunities and challenges
  • A proven track record in sales and customer development
  • A real team player, with high integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Marketing, Pricing and Financial knowledge to consult with dealers on how to best promote and position their business
  • Computer competency with business software, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, word
  • Ability to interface well with external and internal customers
  • Strategic management of the territory, with strong organizational capabilities
  • A solid mechanical aptitude
  • HVAC industry experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • A four-year college degree preferred, but not mandatory
